Graduation Entertaining Packages
A Stress Free Way to Enjoy Your Graduate's Big Moment
The Curtis Culwell Center is offering a limited number of Entertaining Packages that can be purchased by individuals or a group of families.
These packages are limited to the graduations listed below and will be sold on a first come - first served basis.
Based on the specific graduation ceremonies, the Curtis Culwell Center will open our hospitality suites for rental either for a catered breakfast or a catered dinner for 25 guests. Catering for these rentals will be provided by Culinary Art Catering. See the link on the right for availalble menus.

Graduation Entertaining Packages - Frequently Asked Questions
Is there an additional rental fee for the suites?
No, there are only catering fees.
Can multiple families rent the suite together?
Yes! We suggest that one family pays the bill and everyone pays that family. You are required to cater for 25 people.
Will my guests receive tickets to the graduation?
Yes, with rental of the suite you will receive 50 tickets that will permit your guests to go to the hospitality suite for your catered meal and allow them to take a seat in the arena for graduation.
Can my guests watch graduation from the suite?
No, you will have the suite for one hour either prior to graduation or one and one-half hours after graduation to enjoy your meal.
Are the times for entertaining set in stone?
Yes, the packages are only available for the designated times.
Why is my high school not included on this list?
Due to the number of graduations the Curtis Culwell Center hosts on any given day during graduation season, we are only able to offer the packages where they will not interfere nor overlap with other graduation ceremonies.
If the breakfast is available for my graduation, how early can my guests arrive at the building?
Your breakfast will be scheduled at least 90 minutes before the graduation ceremony begins. Your guests can arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time.
Are we only allowed to use the menus that are provided?
You can work with the caterer and add to your menu, but the menus provided are the minimum pricing structure.
